Mindfulness

We will share and explore the experience of being mindful, being in extreme presence, slowing down time. Thich Nhat Hanh’s teachings emphasize mindfulness, peace, and love. Hanh highlights the importance of living in the present moment, practicing compassion, and recognizing the interconnectedness of all things.
