After the November 2024 elections, the president of the Unitarian Universalist Association, Rev. Sofia Betancourt, shared the prophetic statement, ‘We are a sanctuary people.’ At this service, we’ll explore the idea of sanctuary, how Unitarian Universalism has been a sanctuary tradition over the years, and how to continue to be this for one another.
