Finding Belonging In Unitarian Universalism

“The opposite of belonging is fitting in.” –Brene Brown Belonging: the word itself connotes a longing to be [to be me, to be authentic, to be without shame, to be free]. While we often introduce ourselves with what we do (titles, degrees) belonging calls us to introduce who we are. At this service, Rev. Stacy Craig will share about finding belonging in Unitarian Universalism (UU). At its best, UU is a space where people can question, doubt, and come together to make meaning of life’s greatest mysteries in a non-hostile environment. It is where one’s faith is lived every day through being and belonging to the interconnected web of life.
